November 2012 - Hot Air Balloon take off!
The Farm is rich in history and probably had King Henry VIII walk over it. Bleriot landed here in 1910 and in 2010 we had the re-enactment of the flight.
During the second world war the two masts that you see were used in connection with the defence of the country. We also have a Napoleonic fort located in the middle of the farm.
  • Our fields next to the castle have been used film locations in conjunction with Dover Castle one such film was 'Into the Woods' the 2013 Disney production. November 2012 a hydrogen balloon was launched from the farm for a French documentary.

Also in 2012 we hosted an amateur Radio club who transmitted to Europe very successfully, reaching as far as the Czech Republic and the South of France. We now host the Radio Club every year.

Artists have taken inspiration from our magnificent views of the Channel and the Castle and have provided the most beautiful back drop for many wedding photographs.
We are happy to be involved in local events: in 2012 we provided car parking for Olympic Torch Ceremony on Dover seafront.

We have been used as a venue for car parking for many Dover events including over flow for the Castle and UK Cycling events ltd in 2016.
